    Growing rapidly and about to expand to other countries, this leadership organisation turned to Simplicity for an enterprise-wide IT and Web solution, including a centralised database, a content management system and local language microsites.

  2. The organisation runs various programmes and courses across the globe.
  3. When a course is successfully completed, the participant is given a password for the networking site.
  4. Each participant adds profile information to tell others in the network about their interests.
  5. The secure website enables participants to browse and network with others in the community.
  6. Profile information for thousands of participants is securely stored in an online database.
  7. Search tools allow participants to find others with similar interests, goals, or location.
  8. A 'single-blind' contact mechanism ensures that participants retain their privacy when required.
  9. A participant receives invitations from others in the network to become a contact, or have a meeting.
  10. If the invitation is welcome, a contact is made and networking happens on- and/or offline.
  11. Staff can monitor the activity on the site and receive alerts by email if someone reports abuse.
  12. Message boards are post-moderated by staff and staff stimulate discussion with their own contributions.
  13. Offline networking events are promoted by the staff to encourage face-to-face networking.
  14. Staff run off reports from time to time to track the activity trends, leading to improvements and new features.
