  2. An employer is looking for a cost-effective way to advertise a job vacancy.
  3. An area of the website invites the employer to post their vacancy for a small fee.
  4. The employer may post their recruitment enquiry to a secure form on the website.
  5. The staff speaks to the employer to understand the job requirements, updates the secure online database and this information is then transferred through to the website for candidates to view.
  6. Job seekers browse the web looking for vacancies that fit their skills and experience.
  7. The website allows the candidate to upload their CV and a covering letter.
  8. The employer is automatically notified when a candidate responds to the vacancy advert.
  9. Staff at the office have secure access to update the database from other sources.
  10. Staff will also take enquiries by phone and may search the online database from their desktop PC.
  11. Candidates are assigned a staff member who assists them with the job search and suggests options.
  12. Management can quickly see how well employers and candidates are being matched and various key performance indicators.
