    Growing rapidly and about to expand to other countries, this leadership organisation turned to Simplicity for an enterprise-wide IT and Web solution, including a centralised database, a content management system and local language microsites.

  2. An educational organisation runs courses and keeps track of participants using a secure database.
  3. A customer relationship management (CRM) package is used to input and access the participant info.
  4. The participant information is stored in a secure online database for access by the office staff and by websites when required.
  5. To track the success of their courses, the organisation designs assessment forms for the participants to complete online.
  6. A management console is used to design the assessment forms which may be created in multiple languages and individually branded.
  7. A participant attends a course and is required to complete an assessment form at various times during the programme.
  8. The participant receives an email on the required date(s) containing a secure link to the online assessment web system.
  9. The assessment portal introduces the participant to the assessment and steps them through each question.
  10. The participant completes the assessment and their responses are stored in a secure online database.
  11. Management can design and use custom reports to analyse the assessment data and improve their service as required.
